SEAGROVE HOMES: In 1921, it was reported that "Mr. Frank Auman is building an up-to-date six-room bungalow in East Seagorve." The article also stated that "Mr. Frank Auman installed a modern system of waterworks in his residence last week."
In her published diary, his daughter, Mary, reported in 1928 that they had electric power in their house.
Frank Auman was owner of Auman Lumber Company and was also a partner in Auman-Vestal Motor Company in Asheboro.
This house was later the home of the Wright family and is now the home of Frank and Cindy Neef.
